Delivery

1. Ordering

Orders can be placed directly through the SATORI online store by adding products to your shopping cart and completing payment via our secure checkout.

Corporate and B2B customers are kindly requested to place orders by email.

2. Delivery Areas

SATORI delivers products from Finland to EU countries.

For delivery inquiries outside the EU, please contact us in advance at service@satori.homes. Availability and delivery terms are confirmed individually.

3. Delivery Methods & Shipping Fees

All SATORI products are shipped from Finland to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Shipping fees are based on product size and are automatically calculated at checkout.

For large or made-to-order items, delivery is arranged individually. Our team will contact you after order confirmation to agree on delivery details and pricing. If home delivery cannot be completed, the shipment may be redirected to the nearest service point in accordance with the carrier’s procedures.

4. Delivery Time

In-stock products dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

For made-to-order products production typically takes 3–4 weeks before dispatch.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch: Finland: 2–5 business days, EU countries: 5–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules, carrier operations, and destination.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipments can be tracked via the logistics partner’s tracking service.

6. Packaging & Sustainability

All SATORI products are packaged with care using recyclable and responsibly sourced materials whenever possible. We prioritize FSC-certified cardboard and paper and aim to minimize plastic use throughout our packaging process.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at orders@satori.homes. We will investigate the matter with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

8. VAT & Pricing

All prices include Finnish VAT (24%), unless stated otherwise.

1. Before Returning a Product
If you have questions regarding product size, material, finish, or suitability, we encourage you to contact us before placing an order to help avoid unnecessary returns: info@satori.homes
2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, except for products that are excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law. To initiate a return, you may either:
  • submit a return request using the return form available on our website, or
  • contact us directly at orders@satori.homes with your order number and reason for return
Return instructions and the Finnish return address will be provided after approval.
3. Return Conditions
Returned products must be returned in their original condition and packaging and include all original labels, inserts, and accessories. If a product has been handled beyond what is necessary for such inspection and this results in a reduction in value, SATORI may deduct an appropriate amount from the refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
  • made-to-order or customized products
  • personal care, fragrance, or textile products once opened
  • final sale or sample sale items, clearly marked at the time of purchase
5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us without undue delay, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, by using the return form or contacting orders@satori.homes. Photos may be requested to support the claim. In such cases, SATORI will: cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, as appropriate.
6. Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind or incorrect selection:
  • the return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • the product must meet the return conditions outlined above
7. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected. Please note:
  • standard delivery charges are refundable in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation;
  • additional delivery services are non-refundable
  • refunds are issued to the original payment method and currency
8. Return Address
All returns are handled through SATORI’s logistics hub in Finland. The return address is provided after your return request has been approved via the return form or email.
